# MPRMS vs airEkey

The clearest difference is rating: airEkey at 5.0 against MPRMS's 2.3. MPRMS's advantage is ratings volume (6 vs 1) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 14.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

airEkey holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MPRMS has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
