The clearest difference is price: Face Mashup at Free against Tilt Shift Focus's $0.99. Face Mashup also leads on rating (4.4 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (7 vs 1). Tilt Shift Focus's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (10.1 vs 16.0). On update cadence, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Face Mashup is free to download; Tilt Shift Focus costs $0.99 up front. Tilt Shift Focus sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Face Mashup sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
