# ΠΡΩΤΟ ΘΕΜΑ vs TΑ ΝΕΑ

The clearest difference is rating: ΠΡΩΤΟ ΘΕΜΑ at 2.3 against TΑ ΝΕΑ's 1.5. ΠΡΩΤΟ ΘΕΜΑ also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). TΑ ΝΕΑ's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ΠΡΩΤΟ ΘΕΜΑ holds the better App Store score, 2.3 against 1.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 9 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of ΠΡΩΤΟ ΘΕΜΑ's written reviews are positive against 33% of TΑ ΝΕΑ's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ΠΡΩΤΟ ΘΕΜΑ ships an update every 2 months, TΑ ΝΕΑ every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and September 19, 2026 respectively.
