# Generations vs R&B Radio+

The clearest difference is ads: Generations at none against R&B Radio+'s shown. Generations also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). R&B Radio+'s advantage is ratings volume (1.7K vs 24) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

R&B Radio+ holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5.
