# Knuddels vs Face

The clearest difference is rating: Knuddels at 4.6 against Face's 1.0. Knuddels also leads on ratings volume (355 vs 1). Face's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Knuddels sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Face sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Knuddels holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Knuddels has 355 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Knuddels ships an update every 2 weeks, Face every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
