# udn News vs Cnbeta

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Cnbeta at 93% against udn News's 36%. Cnbeta also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.4). udn News's advantage is ratings volume (2.4K vs 40) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). Both are free to download. udn News sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Cnbeta sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
