# PrinterShare Premium vs Printer 2 Go

The clearest difference is rating: PrinterShare Premium at 4.9 against Printer 2 Go's 1.0. PrinterShare Premium also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (47 vs 1). Printer 2 Go's advantage is review sentiment (81% vs 45%) and price ($4.99 vs $9.99). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

PrinterShare Premium costs $9.99 and Printer 2 Go $4.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PrinterShare Premium holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PrinterShare Premium has 47 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 45% of PrinterShare Premium's written reviews are positive against 81% of Printer 2 Go's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PrinterShare Premium ships an update fortnightly, Printer 2 Go every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
