# Construction Master Pro Calc vs ElevationCheck

The clearest difference is rating: Construction Master Pro Calc at 4.8 against ElevationCheck's 4.2. Construction Master Pro Calc also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (40K vs 6). ElevationCheck's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Construction Master Pro Calc sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and ElevationCheck sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Construction Master Pro Calc holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Construction Master Pro Calc has 40K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Construction Master Pro Calc's written reviews are positive against 63% of ElevationCheck's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Construction Master Pro Calc ships an update every 3 weeks, ElevationCheck every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
