# Construction Master 5 Calc vs ECHO Command

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: ECHO Command at none against Construction Master 5 Calc's 6. ECHO Command also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 68%) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). Construction Master 5 Calc's advantage is ratings volume (13K vs 2) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Construction Master 5 Calc sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. ECHO Command asks for nothing beyond the download.

Construction Master 5 Calc holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Construction Master 5 Calc has 13K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 68% of Construction Master 5 Calc's written reviews are positive against 100% of ECHO Command's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Construction Master 5 Calc ships an update every 3 months, ECHO Command every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
