# IMMOTOP.LU vs Immoweb

The clearest difference is ads: IMMOTOP.LU at none against Immoweb's shown. IMMOTOP.LU also leads on review sentiment (75% vs 48%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Immoweb's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs monthly) and ratings volume (821 vs 38). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Immoweb holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Immoweb has 821 ratings behind it against 38, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of IMMOTOP.LU's written reviews are positive against 48% of Immoweb's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

IMMOTOP.LU ships an update monthly, Immoweb weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
