# 凤凰视频HD vs 央广网

The clearest difference is rating: 凤凰视频HD at 4.4 against 央广网's 2.0. 凤凰视频HD also leads on ratings volume (752 vs 4) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.6). 央广网's advantage is device support. On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

凤凰视频HD holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 凤凰视频HD has 752 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 50% and 50% positive.
