# Newsweek vs Iranian UAE

The clearest difference is rating: Newsweek at 4.6 against Iranian UAE's 3.0. Newsweek also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.6K vs 1). Iranian UAE's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Newsweek sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Iranian UAE asks for nothing beyond the download.

Newsweek holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Newsweek has 1.6K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Newsweek ships an update every 4 months, Iranian UAE monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
