# OANDA vs ScrapIt!

The clearest difference is rating: OANDA at 4.7 against ScrapIt!'s 3.3. OANDA also leads on update cadence (every 11 days vs every 17 months) and ratings volume (24K vs 109). ScrapIt!'s advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

OANDA holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OANDA has 24K ratings behind it against 109, so its average is the more settled of the two. OANDA ships an update every 11 days, ScrapIt! every 17 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
