# MathTappers vs Multifly

The clearest difference is rating: Multifly at 4.5 against MathTappers's 3.4. Multifly also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 61 months) and ratings volume (2.3K vs 118). MathTappers's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and review sentiment (71% vs 59%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Multifly sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $59.99 per year. MathTappers asks for nothing beyond the download.

Multifly holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Multifly has 2.3K ratings behind it against 118, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of MathTappers's written reviews are positive against 59% of Multifly's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MathTappers ships an update every 61 months, Multifly monthly. Both last shipped on October 15, 2026.
