# Wegmans vs WythMe

The clearest difference is review sentiment: WythMe at 100% against Wegmans's 13%. WythMe also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Wegmans's advantage is ratings volume (38K vs 2) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

WythMe holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wegmans has 38K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 13% of Wegmans's written reviews are positive against 100% of WythMe's.

Wegmans ships an update every 9 days, WythMe every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
