# Card2Phone vs Magic Reality

The clearest difference is price: Magic Reality at Free against Card2Phone's $4.99. Magic Reality also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.8). Card2Phone's advantage is ratings volume (64 vs 2) and review sentiment (73% vs 63%). On update cadence, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Magic Reality is free to download; Card2Phone costs $4.99 up front. Card2Phone sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Magic Reality sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Magic Reality holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Card2Phone has 64 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of Card2Phone's written reviews are positive against 63% of Magic Reality's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Card2Phone ships an update every 3 weeks, Magic Reality monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
