# 100s Board vs Hands

The clearest difference is rating: Hands at 5.0 against 100s Board's 4.0. Hands also leads on update cadence (every 6 months vs every 12 months). 100s Board's advantage is review sentiment (55% vs 30%) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 13.2). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

100s Board costs $2.99 and Hands $2.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hands holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 1 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of 100s Board's written reviews are positive against 30% of Hands's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

100s Board ships an update every 12 months, Hands every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
