# iTrackGolf vs Golph

The clearest difference is rating: Golph at 4.8 against iTrackGolf's 3.3. Golph also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 4 weeks) and ratings volume (65 vs 4). iTrackGolf's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and review sentiment (100% vs 75%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Golph sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. iTrackGolf asks for nothing beyond the download.

Golph holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Golph has 65 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of iTrackGolf's written reviews are positive against 75% of Golph's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iTrackGolf ships an update every 4 weeks, Golph every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
