# B15 Digital vs 8NTV

The clearest difference is ads: 8NTV at none against B15 Digital's shown. 8NTV also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). B15 Digital's advantage is update cadence (every 5 months vs every 12 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

B15 Digital ships an update every 5 months, 8NTV every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
