The clearest difference is price: Napoleon's Eagles at $9.99 against AnkiMobile Flashcards's $24.99. Napoleon's Eagles also leads on review sentiment (88% vs 59%) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 6 weeks). AnkiMobile Flashcards's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ratings volume (2.4K vs 16). On rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

AnkiMobile Flashcards costs $24.99 and Napoleon's Eagles $9.99 up front. Napoleon's Eagles sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. AnkiMobile Flashcards asks for nothing beyond the download.

AnkiMobile Flashcards holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AnkiMobile Flashcards has 2.4K ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 59% of AnkiMobile Flashcards's written reviews are positive against 88% of Napoleon's Eagles's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
