# Hope Channel vs GEB TV Network

The clearest difference is update cadence: Hope Channel at every 5 weeks against GEB TV Network's every 10 months. Hope Channel also leads on ratings volume (210 vs 2) and rating (4.3 vs 4.0). GEB TV Network's advantage is review sentiment (83% vs 59%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hope Channel holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hope Channel has 210 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 59% of Hope Channel's written reviews are positive against 83% of GEB TV Network's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Hope Channel ships an update every 5 weeks, GEB TV Network every 10 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
