# Piano Notes Pro vs Note Rush

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Note Rush at none against Piano Notes Pro's 1. Note Rush also leads on rating (4.3 vs 3.8) and ratings volume (2.4K vs 16). Piano Notes Pro's advantage is price ($2.99 vs $8.99) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 13.0). On review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Piano Notes Pro costs $2.99 and Note Rush $8.99 up front. Piano Notes Pro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Note Rush asks for nothing beyond the download.

Note Rush holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Note Rush has 2.4K ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of Piano Notes Pro's written reviews are positive against 78% of Note Rush's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
