# LivePhish vs DMB Hub

The clearest difference is ratings volume: LivePhish at 42K against DMB Hub's 217. LivePhish also leads on chart position (#40 vs unranked) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). DMB Hub's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LivePhish sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and DMB Hub sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LivePhish holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LivePhish has 42K ratings behind it against 217, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of LivePhish's written reviews are positive against 84% of DMB Hub's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

LivePhish ships an update every 2 months, DMB Hub every 10 days. Both last shipped on October 20, 2026.
