# Procore vs BLDR PRO

The clearest difference is monetization model: BLDR PRO at free against Procore's freemium. BLDR PRO also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.1). Procore's advantage is ratings volume (46K vs 7) and chart position (#210 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Procore holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Procore has 46K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.
