# Procore vs SWPPP

The clearest difference is rating: SWPPP at 5.0 against Procore's 4.6. SWPPP also leads on monetization model (free vs freemium). Procore's advantage is ratings volume (46K vs 2) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SWPPP holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Procore has 46K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Procore ships an update weekly, SWPPP every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
