# Procore vs HOLCIM+

The clearest difference is monetization model: HOLCIM+ at free against Procore's freemium. HOLCIM+ also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.1). Procore's advantage is ratings volume (47K vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

HOLCIM+ holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Procore has 47K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Procore ships an update weekly, HOLCIM+ monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
