# Procore vs Pegasus Mobile

The clearest difference is update cadence: Procore at weekly against Pegasus Mobile's every 2 months. Procore also leads on ratings volume (47K vs 4) and chart position (#169 vs unranked). Pegasus Mobile's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pegasus Mobile holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Procore has 47K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Procore ships an update weekly, Pegasus Mobile every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
