# Procore vs TopBuilder

The clearest difference is update cadence: Procore at weekly against TopBuilder's monthly. TopBuilder's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Procore ships an update weekly, TopBuilder monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
