# Procore vs TotalPave IRI

The clearest difference is monetization model: TotalPave IRI at free against Procore's freemium. TotalPave IRI also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Procore's advantage is ratings volume (47K vs 2) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TotalPave IRI holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Procore has 47K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Procore ships an update weekly, TotalPave IRI monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
