# SimSimi vs noteit

The clearest difference is rating: noteit at 4.8 against SimSimi's 4.0. noteit also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (98K vs 7.5K). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SimSimi sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and noteit sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

noteit holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: noteit has 98K ratings behind it against 7.5K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 44% and 43% positive.

SimSimi ships an update every 2 weeks, noteit fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
