# Denver Post vs Laramie Live

The clearest difference is rating: Denver Post at 4.5 against Laramie Live's 3.4. Denver Post also leads on ratings volume (2.1K vs 14) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). Laramie Live's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and review sentiment (50% vs 23%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Denver Post sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Laramie Live asks for nothing beyond the download.

Denver Post holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Denver Post has 2.1K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of Denver Post's written reviews are positive against 50% of Laramie Live's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Denver Post ships an update monthly, Laramie Live every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
