# Password Cube vs Bobby

The clearest difference is update cadence: Bobby at weekly against Password Cube's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Password Cube sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Bobby sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Password Cube ships an update every 3 weeks, Bobby weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
