# Field Agent vs Property Survey

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Property Survey at 93% against Field Agent's 48%. Property Survey also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (10 vs 1). Field Agent's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Field Agent sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Property Survey sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $5.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Field Agent holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Property Survey has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of Field Agent's written reviews are positive against 93% of Property Survey's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Field Agent ships an update every 2 months, Property Survey every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
