# 凤凰视频 vs PP视频

凤凰视频 and PP视频 both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 73% of PP视频's written reviews are positive against 62% of 凤凰视频's. 凤凰视频's advantage is ratings volume (2.6K vs 356). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 凤凰视频 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and PP视频 sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for 凤凰视频 against 4.4 for PP视频. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 凤凰视频 has 2.6K ratings behind it against 356, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 62% of 凤凰视频's written reviews are positive against 73% of PP视频's.

凤凰视频 ships an update every 6 weeks, PP视频 monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
