The clearest difference is rating: 凤凰视频 at 4.5 against 时尚芭莎－时尚新纪元's 3.2. 凤凰视频 also leads on ratings volume (2.6K vs 13) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). 时尚芭莎－时尚新纪元's advantage is review sentiment (83% vs 62%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 凤凰视频 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and 时尚芭莎－时尚新纪元 sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $6.49 per 6 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

凤凰视频 holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 凤凰视频 has 2.6K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 62% of 凤凰视频's written reviews are positive against 83% of 时尚芭莎－时尚新纪元's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
