# 凤凰视频 vs 随机轮盘

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 随机轮盘 at none against 凤凰视频's 2. 随机轮盘 also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.5). 凤凰视频's advantage is ratings volume (2.6K vs 1). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 凤凰视频 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. 随机轮盘 asks for nothing beyond the download.

随机轮盘 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 凤凰视频 has 2.6K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
