# 311 Riverside vs MoVal 24/7

The clearest difference is ratings volume: 311 Riverside at 3.1K against MoVal 24/7's 6. On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

311 Riverside holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 311 Riverside has 3.1K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of 311 Riverside's written reviews are positive against 50% of MoVal 24/7's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
