# WingX® vs GeoCharts

The clearest difference is rating: GeoCharts at 4.3 against WingX®'s 3.6. GeoCharts also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 2 months). WingX®'s advantage is ratings volume (185 vs 6) and chart position (#199 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WingX® sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and GeoCharts sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GeoCharts holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WingX® has 185 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

WingX® ships an update every 2 months, GeoCharts every 8 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
