# Swiss Post vs DeepID

The clearest difference is ads: DeepID at none against Swiss Post's shown. DeepID also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Swiss Post's advantage is ratings volume (75 vs 9). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DeepID holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Swiss Post has 75 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
