# My first puzzles HD vs Bug Art

The clearest difference is rating: Bug Art at 4.2 against My first puzzles HD's 1.0. Bug Art also leads on update cadence (every 8 months vs every 28 months) and ratings volume (23 vs 1). My first puzzles HD's advantage is review sentiment (90% vs 62%). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

My first puzzles HD costs $1.99 and Bug Art $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Bug Art holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bug Art has 23 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 90% of My first puzzles HD's written reviews are positive against 62% of Bug Art's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
