# MyTIM vs iliadbox Connect

The clearest difference is review sentiment: iliadbox Connect at 76% against MyTIM's 20%. MyTIM's advantage is ratings volume (5K vs 13) and update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MyTIM holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MyTIM has 5K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of MyTIM's written reviews are positive against 76% of iliadbox Connect's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MyTIM ships an update monthly, iliadbox Connect every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
