# Sing Harmonies vs Solo Harmony

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Solo Harmony at none against Sing Harmonies's 14. Solo Harmony also leads on rating (4.0 vs 3.7) and price ($0.99 vs $1.99). Sing Harmonies's advantage is review sentiment (55% vs 20%) and ratings volume (24 vs 3). On update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Sing Harmonies costs $1.99 and Solo Harmony $0.99 up front. Sing Harmonies sells 14 one-off in-app purchases. Solo Harmony asks for nothing beyond the download.

Solo Harmony holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sing Harmonies has 24 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of Sing Harmonies's written reviews are positive against 20% of Solo Harmony's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sing Harmonies ships an update every 6 months, Solo Harmony every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
