# LingQ | Learn Languages vs In 24 Hours Learn Languages

The clearest difference is rating: LingQ | Learn Languages at 4.7 against In 24 Hours Learn Languages's 4.4. LingQ | Learn Languages also leads on ratings volume (10K vs 183) and chart position (#181 vs unranked). In 24 Hours Learn Languages's advantage is review sentiment (89% vs 80%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LingQ | Learn Languages sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and In 24 Hours Learn Languages sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LingQ | Learn Languages holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LingQ | Learn Languages has 10K ratings behind it against 183, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of LingQ | Learn Languages's written reviews are positive against 89% of In 24 Hours Learn Languages's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

LingQ | Learn Languages ships an update weekly, In 24 Hours Learn Languages fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
