# Egnyte vs CFOT Events

The clearest difference is monetization model: CFOT Events at free against Egnyte's freemium. CFOT Events also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). Egnyte's advantage is ratings volume (12K vs 24). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Egnyte against 4.9 for CFOT Events. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Egnyte has 12K ratings behind it against 24, so its average is the more settled of the two.
