# iSafety vs AW Training

The clearest difference is rating: iSafety at 4.6 against AW Training's 1.5. iSafety also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 9 months) and ratings volume (72 vs 2). AW Training's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

iSafety holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iSafety has 72 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

iSafety ships an update every 2 months, AW Training every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
