The clearest difference is price: Find Bluetooth Device Finder at Free against Device Locator's $3.99. Find Bluetooth Device Finder also leads on rating (4.3 vs 2.9) and ratings volume (122 vs 19). Device Locator's advantage is review sentiment (72% vs 29%) and ads (none vs shown). On update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Find Bluetooth Device Finder is free to download; Device Locator costs $3.99 up front. Device Locator sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Find Bluetooth Device Finder sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Find Bluetooth Device Finder holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Find Bluetooth Device Finder has 122 ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of Device Locator's written reviews are positive against 29% of Find Bluetooth Device Finder's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
