# HS vs Talouselämä

The clearest difference is ads: Talouselämä at none against HS's shown. Talouselämä also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). HS's advantage is ratings volume (458 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HS sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $18.49 per month and Talouselämä sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Talouselämä holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HS has 458 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

HS ships an update every 2 weeks, Talouselämä every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
