# Wheely vs RUSSPASS

The clearest difference is monetization model: RUSSPASS at free against Wheely's paid. RUSSPASS also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 68%) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). Wheely's advantage is ratings volume (2.6K vs 8). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Wheely against 5.0 for RUSSPASS. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wheely has 2.6K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 68% of Wheely's written reviews are positive against 100% of RUSSPASS's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
