# Wheely vs RUSSPASS

Wheely and RUSSPASS both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of RUSSPASS's written reviews are positive against 68% of Wheely's. RUSSPASS also leads on iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). Wheely's advantage is ratings volume (2.6K vs 9). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Wheely against 5.0 for RUSSPASS. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wheely has 2.6K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 68% of Wheely's written reviews are positive against 100% of RUSSPASS's.

Wheely ships an update fortnightly, RUSSPASS every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
