# Boyd Rewards vs Time Transit

The clearest difference is rating: Time Transit at 5.0 against Boyd Rewards's 1.5. Time Transit also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). Boyd Rewards's advantage is ratings volume (191 vs 1) and iOS requirement (16.6 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Time Transit holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Boyd Rewards has 191 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Boyd Rewards ships an update monthly, Time Transit fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
